What Are Migraines?

Migraines are painful and often nauseating headaches that can be accompanied by throbbing on one side of the head, vomiting, light sensitivities, and sound sensitivities. If left untreated, migraines can last anywhere from 4-72 hours. Symptoms in children may also include confusion, vertigo, vomiting, and abdominal pain.

What is a Clinical Research Study?

A clinical research study tests the safety and efficacy of a new medicine or treatment in a population of volunteers. Every medical breakthrough goes through the clinical study process. Therefore, participants like you play a very important role in advancing medicine for present and future generations.
