Plaque Psoriasis Clinical Research Study
About the study:

This study is testing the safety and efficacy of an investigational treatment to relieve symptoms of plaque psoriasis against a placebo. Those who qualify may receive all investigational treatment and study related care at no cost.

You may qualify if you:
  • Are 18 years or older
  • Have had a diagnosis of stable plaque psoriasis for at least 6 months
  • Have moderate to severe plaque psoriasis on at least 10% of your body surface area
  • Have no diagnosis of non-plaque psoriasis
    • Guttate
    • Inverse
    • Pustular
    • Erythrodermic
    • Drug-induced
  • Have no history of serious bacterial, fungal, or viral infection requiring hospitalization within the last 2 months
  • Have no evidence of ongoing bacterial infection
  • Have no history of proven infection of a joint prosthesis
  • Have not received a live vaccine in the past 2 months and do not plan on receiving one during the study
  • Have no major surgeries planned 2 months prior to the study or during the study
  • Have not donated blood 1 month prior to the study and do not plan to donate blood during the study
  • Do not have unstable cardiovascular disease
  • Do not have cancer of a history of cancer

Plaque psoriasis is a long-term autoimmune disorder. It causes raised and inflamed patches of silvery-white scaly skin in both localized patches and/or complete body coverage. The most common symptom areas are the elbows, knees, back, and scalp.
